Do any of you 09'ers remember a vet named: Victor Loya? It seems he was with the 09 from: 1982 through 1985. I ran into him by accident a few days ago. I showed him the 64th. anniversary coin & he was impressed with it. I spoke to him briefly about the chapter and that it's new and the Association President is Pete Stevens. Pete I just e-mailed Vic the 09 membership form attached with your name & address. The only e-mail address I have on Vic now is: Victor.Loya@med.va.gov Take it from here if you wish. He seems like a nice guy. Have a nice weekend everyone. |

Hello Victor, welcome to the Northest Chapter. What Company were you in? Many of us were in the 09 the same time as you. "The Nuke-um times" We see you met Bob. He is OK even for a rigger. Post pictures of the good ol days, they bring back many memories |

I ran into Victor Loya today and asked what company he was with and he stated "Delta Dogs" I just sent to his home e-mail address the forum information again and asked him to stop by and say hello to you folks. Have a safe weekend everyone.

Hello Kevin,
I met Victor today in my office he was here installing another computer. Anyway, I gather from our conversation that he has been really busy with family with his wife in grad school and helping his son with racing cars. I couldn't talk to him all that much as I was 1 of 2 staff on duty.
